1. What you are buying

The Small Business Growth SOP is a digital product: a PDF manual and an editable Microsoft Word version of the same manual, published by BoldWire Digital Marketing. Delivery is immediate and electronic. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

2. Refund policy — all sales are final

Because this product is delivered in full the moment your payment completes, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

You are shown the complete table of contents, six full interior pages, and an explicit list of people who should not buy it before any payment is taken. Please use that material to decide whether the manual suits you.

This does not apply to delivery failures. If your download does not work, a file is corrupted, or you were charged more than once, contact info@boldwiredigital.com and we will resolve it promptly, including issuing a refund for a duplicate charge.

3. Licence

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for use by a single business. You may:

Read, print and store the files for your own business use
Share them internally with your own staff and contractors
Edit the Word version and adapt it into your own internal marketing manual

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the files, in whole or in part
Publish them anywhere publicly accessible, including file-sharing services
Include them in any paid or free product, course, bundle or membership
Remove or obscure BoldWire branding, copyright or attribution

4. No guarantee of results

The manual provides general business and marketing information. It is not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice about your particular circumstances.

Marketing outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, capacity, competition and execution. No specific result, revenue figure or return is promised or guaranteed. Any figures used in the manual are illustrative examples, not projections.

Rules governing email, SMS and customer consent vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Verify any legal or regulatory point against the rules that apply to you before acting on it.

5. Third-party tools

Tools, platforms and services named in the manual are referenced for illustration only. Naming a tool is not an endorsement and implies no commercial relationship. Features, availability and pricing change frequently — verify current details before purchasing anything.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to Stripe's own terms. Prices are in US dollars and any applicable tax is calculated at checkout.

7. Availability and changes

We may update the manual, change its price, or stop selling it at any time. Updates to the edition you bought, if we publish any, are provided at our discretion. Changes to these terms apply to purchases made after they are posted.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoldWire Digital Marketing's total liability arising from your purchase or use of this product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing here affects any statutory consumer rights you may have in your jurisdiction.
